Refunds & Returns
Final Sale
All artworks are bespoke and individually handcrafted. As such, all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued for change of mind.
Faulty Artworks
If an artwork arrives damaged or faulty, contact must be made within 3 days of receipt. Supporting details or photographs may be requested to assess the issue. In some cases, the artwork may need to be returned for further inspection.
Return Shipping for Faulty Items
Where a return is required due to a confirmed fault, the cost of return shipping will be covered or reimbursed. Instructions for return will be provided once the return has been approved. The artwork must be securely packaged and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number. Returns without tracking cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receipt and assessment of the returned item, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 10 business days. Original shipping costs will also be refunded where the item is confirmed to be faulty.
